Booking and payment
The booking is confirmed once the invoice has been paid.
The invoice is issued when you book, and the payment deadline is stated on the invoice.
Cancellation policy:
Kui tühistate broneeringu vähemalt 3 days before arrival, kanname kogu ettemakse tagasi.
Kui tühistate broneeringu hiljem kui 3 päeva enne saabumist, kahjuks tagasimakset ei tehta.
Arrival and departure
Check-in: alates kell 15:00 (varasem saabumine eelneval kokkuleppel)
Check-out: hiljemalt kell 11:00 (Hiline lahkumine on võimalik ainult eelneval kokkuleppel ja võimalusel)
Palume jätta sõiduk umbes 150 m kaugusel asuvasse parklasse

Arrival and departure+
- Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
- Earlier arrival or later departure is possible only by prior agreement and subject to availability.
- Leave your car by the „PARKIMINE” sign at the edge of the field before the house. The dome is about 150 m downhill towards the sea.
- The path may be slippery in wet or wintry weather and is partly unlit after dark. You can use the trolley by the parking area to transport your belongings.
Booking and payment+
- The booking is confirmed once the invoice has been paid.
- The invoice is issued when you book, and the payment deadline is stated on the invoice.
- If you cancel at least 3 days before arrival , we will refund the full advance payment.
- Later cancellations are non-refundable.
Using the dome+
- Smoking indoors is prohibited; please use the ashtray outside.
- Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the dome or sauna.
- Please use the premises and equipment responsibly and keep the area tidy.
- Please clean the kitchenette, grill and other equipment after use.
- If anything breaks or does not work, inform us immediately.
- Only registered guests may stay in the dome or on the property.
Outdoor furniture and hammocks+
- Do not leave outdoor furniture cushions outside in wet weather. The cushions are stored by the headboard inside the dome and may be taken outside when needed.
- The hammocks are stored in the sauna anteroom. Attach them to the prepared loops on the three pine trees on the seaward side of the dome.
Using the pellet stove+
- The stove is set to maintain the selected temperature; the settings normally do not need to be changed.
- In colder weather, check and refill the pellet hopper approximately every 7–9 hours. The colder it is, the faster the pellets are used.
- When adding pellets, do not leave the lid open for more than 50 seconds. If you need more time, close it and reopen it after about 10 seconds.
- Adjust the temperature with the + and − buttons on the right of the display and the power level with the arrows on the left. A higher power level uses pellets faster.
- At power level 5 and −15 °C, a full hopper may last approximately 8 hours.

Using the sauna+
- Firewood and a firelighter are provided by the sauna stove.
- The sauna-room door must remain closed at all times.
- Overheating the sauna is prohibited; two stove loads of firewood are generally sufficient.
- The recommended temperature is 75–85 °C. To maintain the temperature, add one log at a time.
- Sauna firewood is stored on the rack beneath the bench and is intended for sauna guests.
- Sauna whisks and sauna oils are not permitted.
Using the hot tub+
- Do not light the fire until the tub is at least half full and both openings beside the heater are completely below the waterline.
- Keep the cover on while heating. The recommended water temperature is 37–40 °C.
- Heating normally takes 2.5–3 hours. Firewood is provided; guests heat the tub themselves.
- Stir the water occasionally while heating so the temperature is evenly distributed.
- The heater and chimney become extremely hot — do not touch them.
- Do not drain the tub until the fire and embers are completely extinguished and the heater has cooled.
- Children may use the hot tub only under adult supervision.
Pets and guests+
- Pets are permitted only by prior agreement.
- Clean up after your pet and prevent damage or chewing of furniture, textiles and other property.
- Only guests registered on the booking may be on the property.
Safety and protecting nature+
- Fires and grilling are permitted only in designated areas.
- Open flames and candles are prohibited indoors.
- Follow fire-safety requirements and keep the surroundings clean and natural.
- Avoid excessive noise and keep music at a reasonable volume.
- Security cameras on the property operate only when guests are absent or are directed towards the forest for safety.
- The fire extinguisher is in the sauna anteroom.

Liability and compensation for damage
The guest who made the booking confirms that they have read and agree to comply with the accommodation rules.
The guest is liable for any breach of the accommodation rules or damage caused to Merekalda Glämp property and must compensate the actual loss in full, including repair, replacement or restoration costs.
